RMCT was formed in 1993 by citizens from business, industry, government, non-profit, and education fields.  RMCT markets recyclable materials by putting the commodities up for bid with our vendors and then accepting the highest price for the material on behalf of the county or organization. In the last three years, RMCT marketed materials for over 60 counties and 20 businesses in Tennessee.  RMCT provides recycling technical assistance to citizens, counties, businesses, and organizations.
